This Mudra is done by encircling all the fingers and keeping the inner thumb upright.This can be done for 15 minutes a day.It can be done 2-3 times a day but one has to be aware of the heat it generates .

This is very useful for coughs and colds .
It slowly removes the unwanted phelgm in the body.
Generally mudras are practiced for 2-3 months for good results and then discontinued when the problem gets resolved.I am not sure about its help in bronchitis.
