A home remedy for excess sweating of palms and soles

A little of Ajwain * powder is soaked in sesame seed oil overnight - when this mixture is eaten in the morning it reduces excessive sweating of palms and soles.

* Ajwain is also known as Omam in Tamil,Vaamu in Telugu and it is similar to caraway seeds.

  1. I have found a good treatment of excessive sweating. Since I have tried their product, excessive sweating is not my problem anymore.

    Does it cure excessive internal body's heat, when I just walk for few minutes I start sweating profusely,

    Can this help facial sweating or overall body sweating ?

    Sesame is hot in nature, are there any side effects like getting pimples etc., ?
