A simple tip for rheumatic arthritis pain (Jodon ka dard)

Mix 1 spoon of dried ginger powder (Sont/Chukku)  with 10 parts of sesame seed powder.Store.Eating 5 gms of this twice a day will reduce the pain considerably.
