Pearl millet or Bajra flour roti

It is very beneficial to eat rotis made from the Bajra* flour and sesame seeds.They become  more enriched with calcium and iron when eaten in combination with old jaggery and ghee.

* kambu in Tamil and Sajjalu in Telugu.Bajra in most Indian languages.
