Lasuna Thailam for all types of vata pains.

Mix
100gm sesame seed oil
and
50 gm garlic paste

Heat this over a very low flame .The garlic paste sizzles and all the bubbles stop.The oil is removed from the heat at this point of time  as it indicates that all the water has evaporated.
This mixture is cooled and filtered.
25 gm of camphor is added to this lukewarm oil..
This is stored in a glass bottle.
This Lasuna thailam is useful for all types of knee pains , pains due to vata, pains due to sprains .This can be applied twice a day on all the affected areas.the pain definitely reduces after a week.
