Cashews for mental strength and improving memory

Eating 5-6 cashews with 1 spoon honey in the mornings ensures great emotional and mental strength in a person.Children may be given 2-3 cashews.It must be noted that a person should avoid eating more than 7 cashews a day.This might upset the digestive power.
