Ayurvedic way to reduce weight

Mix 10 gms of honey, juice of half a lemon and 10 drops of ginger juice in 1 big glass of lukewarm water.Drink this juice early in the morning on an empty stomach.This helps one to control and reduce weight.

  2. is there any remedy to reduce sub cutaneos fat ie fat under skin like belly or thighs or buttocks etc.????????and to become slimmer????does exercises reduce fat some say yes possible and some say its impossible?????
