Fry peppercorns in ghee.Fry ajwain/vaamu/thymol seeds and add a little asafoetida .Grind separately and mix the 2 powders.This is a good spice mix which can be added in gravies,vegetable curries and rasam and sambar .
This increases the appetite and aids in the digestion.
