Cure for mouth ulcers with Nutmeg.
Myristica fragrans or Nutmeg(jajikaya in telugu , jaifal in hindi , jathikai in tamil) is a very famous spice.Take a whole nutmeg and rub it lightly on a rough and clean stone with water.The paste obtained is applied on the mouth ulcers for faster healing of the ulcers.
