The pick-me-up Papaya

  1. The papaya is well known for its invigorative properties.
  2. This fruit is given to children who look weak and emaciated and show signs of improper development. This improves their height and they get robust and healthy.
  3. A few papaya pieces are eaten along with ajwain * powder as a digestion aid .This also prevents body odour.
  4. People who are recovering from Bone T.B can be greatly benefited by eating a few pieces on a regular basis.
The papaya must be ripened naturally. Pregnant ladies can avoid the fruit.
