Another simple tip for anxiety disorders...

10 gm of amla churna * and an equal quantity of crushed Coriander seeds.*
Soak them overnight in a glass of water.
Filter and drink up the water with a little mishri  early in the morning on an empty stomach.
When this is done for 7 days anxiety disorders definitely reduce .

* Amla- Goose berry ,Nellikai in Tamil , Usuri in Telugu

* Dhaniya in Hindi ,
