shashankasan for various ailments

Shashankasana is an extended form of vajrasana which is very beneficial in many ways. Practicing shashankasana reduces digestion problems and controls anger in a person.It also can control diabetes and blood pressure problems to a large extent.It can be done 3- 7 times a day.
