Simple tips for heel pain

  • A medium sized brick is heated. 4-5 Calotropis*  leaves are stacked on the hot brick. Press the heel on the leaves for 3-4 minutes. The heel must feel warm.Throw away the leaves.This can be done 3 times a day for 5 days. The pain reduces remarkably.

  • Massaging the feet with lukewarm sesame seed oil will keep the foot supple and pain free.

  1. Hi Madhavi, Wonderful tip about heel pain.. IS it calotropis gigantea then in tamil it is erukkam leaves i think. Do u call it mandaram or Jilledu in telugu?
