Eating 1 - 2 ripe tomatoes in the morning on an empty stomach helps in reducing the weight of a person. This can be done for a month. It is quite safe for most people but some may develop acid reflux or any other unpleasant side effects, in which case the treatment must be avoided. Breakfast may be avoided or very light during the treatment.
