Hunger and thirst send the same type of signals from the brain so it is easy to get confused. A good way of knowing whether it is really hunger and not thirst is to drink a glass of water and wait for 15 minutes.If it was hunger - the pangs are back again.If it was thirst - the body feels satisfied and the pangs disappear.
This simple observation has many benefits.It helps in weight loss , helps the body to work better and the body feels lighter.
