The tips of the thumb,middle finger and ring finger are brought together in the left hand.
This mudra can be practiced for 5 minutes and up to three times a day.
Benefits of this mudra:
This takes care of the proper digestion and assimilation of the food.
It aids in proper breathing and so it has a remarkable effect on the nervous system.
It is good for nausea , sea sickness and improper digestion.
A slightly different version of Pushan mudra for memory and concentration:
The tips of the thumb,the ring finger and the little finger are brought together only for the right hand .Do refer prana mudra for the right hand:

ReplyDeleteFirst of all Thank you for posting this mudra. In pushana mudra, right hand is doing Vyana mudra. Is vyana mudra increse the Vata or decreses. Please explain madam.
