5 dried palash flowers are soaked in water overnight in a glass of water.The water is boiled well in the morning with the flowers till a little more than half remains.This orange tea is filtered.This tea is taken on an empty stomach for best results.After a week the doasage should be increased to 6 flowers.In the subsequent week 7 flowers must be used.This is done for 4 weeks.
The blood sugar level should definitely decrease in a month's time after drinking this Palash flowers tea.

When 20 gm of Bittergourd * juice is taken daily in the mornings the blood sugar level decreases remarkably in 2 months.However more than 20 gm should not be taken as it will cause undesirable symptoms.
