To reduce the pain during periods for women
Heat a teaspoon of ghee and drop 10 peppercorns into it.Remove from fire and add 1 tablespoon of jaggery.Periods pain/menstrual cramp pain disappears when this mixture is eaten.

Can only crushed pepper be added instead of peppercorn? If yes then please tell the quantity in tsp
